Online booking is available for guests who wish to book for a full week, from Saturday to Saturday, which is the usual booking period.
For guests who wish to have a shorter stay, we will try to accommodate that – with a 4-night minimum. But please e-mail to enquire.
The weekly rate from May to September is £1400, which is inclusive of all linen, heating and Wi-Fi. Sometimes a discount can be offered, for early or late bookings. Winter rates (October to April) are from £1,120 for a week’s stay.
Bookings will be accepted with a deposit of £420 (£336 winter rate), with the balance payable a month before the holiday start date. Payments will be by bank transfer or by card.
In the unlikely event of a request to cancel a booking, I will endeavour, but can’t guarantee, to re-let the period booked, to refund all payments made. Sometimes it is convenient to have the booking moved to an alternate time.
The Boathouse is really intended for use by a two adults although a baby cot can be provided. The king-sized bed can be offered as twins, if preferred. The setting is not suitable for young children, as there is a sheer drop from the rocks to the loch. We cannot accept pets, the Boathouse is on the edge of a sheep croft and the woolly residents don’t appreciate 4 footed strangers.
